Today, Absaat Property Services Limited takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.
Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow-through procedures ensures that client’s

Health & Safety Policy
Building Construction and Maintenance workers are exposed to numerous dangers on the job site, such as collapsing scaffolds, head injuries, electrocution and falls, to name just a few.
To help construction and maintenance site managers mitigate these potential hazards, on our sites, Absaat Property Services Ltd embraces these safety policies:

We are committed to this corporate goal with Zero-tolerance policy to an unsafe environment or actions. Keeping in line with the company’s global vision, we shall aspire for continuous improvement in all our activities including Health,
Safety and Environment (HSE).
Minimize degradation of the general environment in and around the site premises by controlling probable situations, which have the potential to adversely affect the environment. We shall not merely remain in compliance with all applicable laws and requisitions pertaining to HSE, but would strive to go beyond them.
In order to strengthen the concern and commitment of our employees towards continuous improvement in HSE aspects, their contribution in this area would be considered as significant factor in their annual performance appraisal.
We are committed to implementing HSE standards in the planning of new projects and the execution of existing ones. We will share all the information and expertise relating to HSE including our objectives and targets with our employees, through trainings and PR materials.
Safety Supervisors
- Their responsibility is to assist others to work smoothly and safely.
- They have received specific safety training and are important members of the construction team.
- They have legal responsibility or liability for the overall safety of the construction site.
Our Personal Safety Policy for our Workers
- All workers must wear provided clothing while on site.
- Personal Protective equipment, (PPE- helmet, work boots, hand gloves, goggles), must be worn while on site.
- Where there is a risk of eye injury, such as in concrete breaking or using welding tools etc, you should wear suitable eye protectors.
- Replace damaged or defective eye protectors immediately.
- Ensure that eye protectors are comfortable to wear, and kept clean.
- Use eye protectors for eye protection ─ do not put it on your head or hang it on your neck.
- Wear gloves when handling or contacting chemicals.
- Remember to wear a mask when working in a dusty environment.
- Wear eye and ear protectors whenever necessary.
- When working at heights above 2 meters, ensure the use of a safety harness/belt.
- Report to your supervisor immediately you notice any unsafe condition.
